Brief summary is as under.

2. You will be received as per your arrival details. The driver of the CHT will be waiting according with placard displaying SODE 24. Pl look for him he will have your name and flight number with him.

3. We will upload the driver’s Name and mob number in the arrival schedule in this blog, your mob number will be seen tomorrow in the site which will be passed on to the driver.

4. Delhi gang coming by train on 8th will be received by the LO from MCTE with the bus at Indore station. Laxi’s phone number will be with the LO and he can be contacted accordingly.

5. Dress Code – there is no event where we will need to wear tie, as such you can shed the formal dress code, open collar should do for most occasion otherwise casuals.

6. Accn – The VIP guest rooms in Block 71 and 76 have been booked and the allotment will be passed on through the blog once co-ordination conf in MCTE is done in a day or two.

7. Wi Fi - will be enabled in the two blocks – cheers you will be able to use your smart phones, Viber and skype from Mhow back to your children.

8. Entertainment & 9th Dinner – Ujjal has agreed to carry his Guitar, Mouth organ and the famous bugle, we will request him for a performance during dinner on the ninth while Corps Jazz Band will be there playing for us. During this dinner some of the senior Veterans living in MHOW will be joining us in addn to the Comdt MCTE with few other senior appts. This will be an occasion to meet them most informally.

9. Tpt - CHT can be catered for Pick and Drop for your local movements for Mhow Bazar.
